There’s nothing better than starting the day after a good workout. But for some people, waking up early to go to the gym after a long night of studying and assignments and still managing to stay awake in lectures is a lot to ask.
Something short and sweet that’s easily done in pyjamas seems ideal.
For this to work as efficiently as possible, you need to keep up the intensity. It’s only twelve minutes, so you may as well give it your all. If you find you don’t have time later on for a full gym workout, you can rest easy knowing you at least got twelve minutes in. A short workout is better than none at all.
