Super Easy Weekend Smoothie

This smoothie doesn’t take long to make and you won’t need many ingredients.

You will need:

1 large orange
1 apple
3 teaspoons chia seeds
1 heaped teaspoon green powder (I like to use The Real Thing)
Water (however much you need for it to reach a consistency you like)


Like all other smoothie recipes, this one isn’t difficult. Just throw it all in a blender!

Although the ingredients are simple, you really get a lot out of this smoothie. Chia seeds are high in protein and low in cholesterol, oranges contain  certain vitamins and minerals (vitamin C and potassium) that are good for the heart, the Ursolic acid in apple peels lowers the risk of obesity and superfood powders deliver substantial  nutritional benefits all in one tiny scoop!
